Mundipharma Pty Limited (Mundipharma) is proud to announce that they have been selected as finalists of the Best Leadership Development Program and Best Change Management Strategy categories at the prestigious Australian HR Awards which they entered this year for the first time.

These awards bring together industry leaders to celebrate excellence in the HR profession, recognising individuals, teams and companies for their outstanding achievements in people and organisational management.

Mundipharma achieved finalist in the Best Change Management Strategy category in recognition of the effectiveness and completeness of their change management strategy. This strategy was based on a clear philosophy of change, which recognised the key role played by the people manager in all organisational transformations.

The judges also recognised Mundipharma for the comprehensiveness and quality of their recently implemented leadership development program. It was developed as a holistic approach for driving long term sustainable culture transformation, and has already delivered measurable results in terms of increased employee engagement and organisational performance.
